GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS (hereafter GPC)
1. Object of the GPC and acceptance:
The clauses set forth below comprise the 'General Contracting Conditions', whose objective is to regulate the acquisition by clients of the products offered by Quality Productos Rurales,S.L. (hereafter the Company) in its on-line shop at www.qualityproductosrurales.eu. Clients must consult, read thoroughly and subsequently accept the present conditions before proceeding to making purchases in the on-line shop. It is implicitly understood that accessing the site or purchasing any of the products offered on this site shall imply acceptance of the present GPC.

3. Nature of the on-line shop:
The nature of the on-line shop is directed at the end user in the sense established by Law 26/1984 of 19 July as regards General Regulations for Consumer and User Defence and for the consumer's own consumption or the parties on behalf of whom the client is legally authorised to act. Therefore, wholesalers, distributors, clearinghouses, hypermarkets and other professional intermediaries in the food and drink sector and similar sectors are excluded from this service. In this sense, the resale of the products acquired in the virtual shop is totally prohibited. As a client, you declare that you are of legal age and have sufficient legal power to be bound through the present General Purchase Conditions when contracting with Quality Productos Rurales,S.L. Despite the above, you expressly and without exception accept that access to and usage of the on-line shop is done exclusive at your sole responsibility. Quality Productos Rurales,S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the presentation and configuration of its on-line shop at any time and without prior notice, as well as suspending access to the shop either temporarily or definitively.
4. Services offered by the on-line shop:
Quality Productos Rurales,S.L. herein makes the on-line purchase service available for the acquisition of olive oil by telematic means. It thus takes on the obligation to deliver it to your residency except in the event of force majeure (without being limited, this is understood as an event that is impossible to predict or inevitable even if foreseeable, which has an effect on the delivery and/or reception service of the products bought or their quality).
5. Register as a client:
If this is the first time that you are accessing the on-line shop and you would like to buy something, all clients must fill in the registration form that can be accessed by clicking on the button 'Register as a client'. After submitting this form, you will become a client of the on-line shop and will be likewise verified as a user of the Quality Productos Rurales,S.L. website, with the right and ability to access as many services as offered on the site without needing to fill out any further forms. Access codes (username and password) are personal and non-transferable and it is the client's obligation to take care that these codes are safeguarded and properly used. In any case, clients shall have access to their data, can change them and cancel them through the Web page or by calling the number listed in the Contact section.
6. The security of our Web page:
The Company maintains a confidentiality policy for the data provided by its clients and is committed to protecting the personal data of clients of the on-line shop. Data protection extends to everything that is related to the collection and usage of the information provided through the Portal. In this sense and under the terms established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December about Personal Data Protection (LOPD), the Company guarantees that it shall handle all personal data confidentially, as well as guaranteeing that the server on which these data are stored and processed shall be equipped with all necessary security measures in order to prevent access to these data by unauthorised third parties. To this purpose, the Company guarantees that it has adopted the appropriate technical and organisational measures required in its installations, systems and files in accordance with that which is established in Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, through which the Security Measures applicable to automated personal data files were approved, as well as any other pertinent regulations in force. Nonetheless, the Company may disclose personal data and any other information that is in its possession through its computer systems to the competent public authorities when required to do so in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force that are applicable to each case. In compliance with that which is established in the LOPD, clients shall receive detailed information about the handling of their personal data in the user registration form that must be filled out in order to make purchases at the on-line shop and that must be the object of their express acceptance.
7. Regulatory and legal framework:
The present conditions are subject to Spanish legislation and in particular, that which is established by Law 26/1984 of 19 July, general law for consumer and user defence, that which is regulated in Law 7/1998 of 13 April, regulating general contracting conditions, whose article 5 is further explained in Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December, regulating telecommunications-general contracting conditions, as well as that which is established in Law 34/2002 of 11 July, about corporate information services and electronic commerce.
For any litigious matter deriving from the existence, access, usage or contents of the General Purchase Conditions, both the client and the company expressly renounce any other applicable jurisdiction and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Granada. Acceptance of the present General Purchase Conditions by the client is a mandatory and essential first step before being able to use the on-line shop.
The client herein states under his or her own free will that s/he has read the General Purchase Conditions and the General Portal Access and Usage Conditions in their entirety and accepts them.
